Born in Sichuan in 1972, he graduated from the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1994<\/span> and the Kassel Academy of Art in 2003<\/span>, and now lives and works in Shanghai.<\/p>\n As a representative of contemporary ink animation, his works use traditional Chinese painting to express his thoughts on contemporary society, history and culture, involving different media such as animation, painting, installation and video.
