Co-translation between Chinese and English native speakers produces a better piece of writing.  Co-translation can reduce errors and omissions, while making the translation authentic and fluent, meeting the aesthetic needs of readers. A translator needs a high level of translation competence as well as cultural cultivation in both languages. Both sides need to share the same interests and give full play to each cultural trajectory expressed in a text.

Professional translation isn’t always good translation
